Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Renvyn app, a product of Pwn & Pixel, a sole trader registered in Belgium (enterprise/VAT no. BE 1030.378.045).

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By using Renvyn you confirm you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, or are under 16, do not use the app.

2. Your content & rights

You own the photos you upload. By processing them you grant Renvyn a limited licence to run them through our AI pipeline solely to deliver your result. You also own the AI-generated outputs we return to you, subject to your responsible use of them.

3. AI-generated results

Renvyn results are produced by a generative AI model and are not photographs of real events. Results may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you use and share them. See How Renvyn uses AI.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload images of other people without their consent. Do not use Renvyn to harass, defame, or create misleading impersonations or deceptive content.

5. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Pro plans auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Play Store account; cancelling stops future renewals. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases; because a subscription gives you immediate access, by subscribing you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that this right is lost once access begins. Refunds are otherwise handled by the app stores under their respective policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Renvyn is provided as-is. AI results may vary. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
