Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Renvyn account and all associated data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Renvyn.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

By email (if you can't open the app)

Email support@renvyn.app from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and remove your account, then reply once it's done - usually within a couple of business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account - the account id and the email and name from your Apple or Google sign-in.
• Your edit history and any stored results.
• Any remaining uploaded photos.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. As part of normal operation we already delete original uploads within 24 hours and edited results within 30 days - see our Privacy Policy for the full retention details.

About your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Renvyn → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Renvyn → Cancel.
